Dick Tracy is faced with a series of brutal murders in which the victims are all from different social and economic backgrounds and mysteriously killed. Suspects abound but Dick Tracy step by step gets the clue that there will be fifteen murders in all. But why are different offenders are killing in common indiscriminately various people. Or is their any hidden connection?
